For over 20 years I’ve been carving up culinary masterpieces in the hotel and restaurant industry. I honed my craft at the world‑renowned five‑star Rosewood Little Dix Bay, working alongside great chefs. I hold a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and I’m a Certified Culinarian (CC).

Driven by my love for creating lasting impressions, I launched my catering service so I can personally treat each guest to a private, customized meal.

My mom had a restaurant, so I was basically raised in a restaurant. That early start led to more than two decades in professional kitchens—including time at Rosewood Little Dix Bay—where I refined my technique and hospitality.
